10 Movies Coming To The Big Screen This October & November

We’ve seen lots of blockbusters being released one after another in 2019 but guess what? There’s more to come!

1. Joker (Oct 2)
The highly anticipated Joker movie is finally coming to the big screen on Oct 3! Now who’s ready to watch Joaquin Phoenix bring one of the most famous villains from DC Comics to life?

P/s: If you need more reasons to watch “Joker”, just know that it won the Golden Lion, the highest award a film could receive at the 76th Venice Film Festival in Italy.

Synposis: Arthur Fleck, an unsuccessful stand-up comedian, is casted out and driven insane by society, ultimately driving him to become a murderous psychopath.

2. Gemini Man (Oct 11)
If you are an action-film junkie or simply someone who love watching movies that are capable of making you forget that you even breathed, you should totally check this out!

Synopsis: Elite assassin Henry Brogan becomes the target of a young, unknown and mysterious operativewho seems to be able to predict every single move of his. As things start to unravel, he finds out that his pursuer is the younger and faster clone of himself.

3. Maleficent: Mistress of Evil (Oct 17)
This is our personal favourite because our girl Angelina Jolie is taking the lead! *screams in Japanese and every other language*

Synopsis: Set several years after “Maleficent”, this film depicts the complications between the horned fairy Queen and her goddaughter princess Aurora. 4. Zombieland: Double Tap (Oct 18)

Synopsis: Ten years after Zombieland became a hit classic, the four zombie slayers (Columbus, Tallahassee, Wichita and Little Rock) have reunited for the sequel. 5. Terminator: Dark Fate (Oct 24)

6. Abominable (Nov 7)

7. Doctor Sleep (Nov 11)

Synopsis: Two young lovers, Shawn and Zach, move into a guesthouse together on an estate owned by a couple. Eerie events start to occur with increasing danger each time, driving Zach to remember his traumatising and tormenting childhood. What seemed like severe and violent psychosis were in fact, electroconvulsive shock treatments administered by his psychiatrist. When psychotic behaviour turns into a possible demonic possession, Zach is torn between his own sanity and Shawn’s safety.

8. Ford v Ferrari (Nov 14)

9. Charlie’s Angels (Nov 15)
This classic film just got a remake, but how will it fare? As much as we are excited about it, we are certainly keeping our fingers crossed!

Will Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott and Ella Balinska live up to expectations? We’ll see!
