- Whipped cream – 60g
- White sugar – 6g
- Mango puree
- Cocoa powder
Step 1: Add sugar into whipped cream and whisk until soft peaks form.
Step 2: Add hot water onto instant coffee powder.
Step 3: Fill glass with ice and add milk till it reaches the 3/4 mark.
Step 4: Pour instant coffee into the glass.
Step 5: Fill the remaining 1/4 of the glass with whipped cream.
Step 6: Add cocoa powder on whipped cream.
Step 7: Layer a spoon of whipped cream on the surface of cocoa powder to form the ‘egg white’
Step 7: Add a teaspoon of mango puree on the whipped cream to complete the ‘egg’
