#1 Limit the use of hair tools with high heat
Let’s be real. It is nearly impossible to find a lady who hasn’t used a hair dryer, a straightener or a curling iron to beautify her hair in her entire life. But get this, heat is always harsh on hair. It permanently damages the bonds within strands of hair, leading to brittle hair that fall out very easily. Once damaged, although you may be able to treat them, they can never be repaired again.
If possible, try to avoid using the hair dryer on high heat. When you use a straightener or a curling iron, be sure not to apply the tool onto the same part of your hair for a prolonger period of time. An alternative would be to use a heat-protecting spray before getting to work with these styling tools.

As compounds extracted from plants, essential oils have long been appreciated for their natural benefits. Usually used during aromatherapy or massages, the use of essential oils can not only soothe your mind and body. Greek Yoghurt X Honey X Lemon paste:
1. Mix 2 tablespoons of yoghurt with 1 tablespoon of honey and lemon in a bowl.
2. Using a dye brush, apply this paste on the scalp and roots.
3. Leave it on for 30 minutes before rinsing with cold water.
4. Apply this paste onto your hair once a week

The use of lemon is to for the boost in collagen and Vitamin C. It can also help to cleanse the scalp and unclog hair follicles.
