The team behind Tampines 1 recently shared an easy-to-make recipe for rose boba pearls and they look SO GOOD. If you are dying to indulge in some pearls, follow this simple recipe to make your own rose boba pearls at home!

According to Tampines 1, all you need is 3 ingredients: rose syrup, tapioca flour and water.

To begin, simply follow the steps below.

Part One:

Step 1: Slow boil two tablespoons of rose syrup and two tablespoons of water
Step 2: Turn off the heat and slowly pour flour into the mixture while stirring it simultaneously. (You may want to maintain the same consistency throughout the process.)
Step 3: Place the dough on a clean surface, then knead until the dough is soft
Step 4: Roll the dough into a strip
Step 5: Slice the dough into 1cm strips
Step 6: Start rolling your strips into balls of pearls

Part Two:

Step 1: Throw pearls in boiling water, cook until the pearls float
Step 2: Lower the heat and cover the pot for ten to fifteen minutes
Step 3: Place the cooked pearls in iced water (for a bouncy texture)
Step 4: Add rose syrup to the pearls and stir

Simply follow the steps and soon you’ll be on your way to enjoying these yummy pearls in no time!
